Our commitment to an inclusive experience for everyone
PayTrials is committed to digital accessibility. We strive to ensure that people with disabilities can perceive, navigate, understand, and interact with our website and services.
We believe clinical trial information should be available to everyone. Accessibility is part of how we design and maintain PayTrials, and we work to remove barriers that could prevent users from using our platform effectively.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies.
Our ongoing efforts include using semantic HTML so structure and landmarks are clear to assistive technologies; providing meaningful alternative text for images where it helps users understand content; maintaining sufficient color contrast for readability; supporting keyboard navigation for interactive elements; and conducting regular reviews of our pages to identify and fix accessibility issues.
Despite our efforts, some areas of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Third-party content, embedded tools, or legacy sections may present limitations. We track these issues and work to improve them over time.
